If you want to date a girl, you MUST ask them on a date. What a concept! If you do not know that a girl is interested, ask her out and she will let you know. Asking a lady on a date means you say, “May I take you on a date?” or “May I please take you to dinner?”
“Hanging out” is not a date. If you tell a girl you want to “hang out” she is automatically going to think you want to make out/get in her pants. Hanging out=hooking up.
This is a very simple, very meaningful concept that will get you very far in life.
